**Requirements**

We usually require that you have had a considerable number of years professional experience in large clubs, preferably also outside your own country. Before you contact us please have a current proper *FULL* DJ Biog ready to email us in Word / PDF or JPG formats + in an editable Word text format, covering *ALL* the styles you are willing to play, the Bars and Clubs you have played in, plus also any links to online DJ & Production mixes (not realplayer files please). You must also include some professional photographs and photos or videos of you in action.

If you do not do all these things you will not be considered. **You would not apply for any other job without a proper well thought out and well presented CV!!** Just saying "I'm a really good DJ, check out my website or MySpace" is simply not good enough! Please!! Also understand that we may not get back to you as soon as we would like due to the large numbers of applications we receive.

Please also note that we are NOT a DJ Management Company - therefore we do not 'represent' anyone, we are a DJ agency mainly advertising and marketing via the internet and hire out DJs, we do not manage DJs schedules.

Quality, Excellence, and Professionalism:

Whilst some DJ agencies may offer you cheap unexperienced DJs, we however are determined to provide you with quality, excellence & professionalism when it comes to our DJs. DJ's can still be open to some negotiation over fees however, as we understand our clients' concerns over the current financial climate of 2009. However I'm sure that you're also aware that we want to offer you 'quality' DJs with a certain degree of experience, professionalism & musical taste.

Choosing The Right DJs:

Most clients need help in choosing the right DJ for their event. Feel free to ask us for recommendations of DJs who are in your area of the world and also for DJs who may not appear on our online DJ roster. In this regard, booking through a DJ agency has it's benefits over booking the DJs directly, saving you valuable time searching for and contacting individual DJs. Plus for example, we can also manage for you the many logistics involved, particularly if booking multiple DJs for larger events.

Contracts for Hotel & Resort DJ Residencies / Special DJ Events

Hotel, Resort DJ Residency Bookings are usually 3 to 6 month (renewable) DJ contracts with accommodation and flights included, and are usually 5-6 nights per week in the same venue with the first month payable to the agency upfront. DJs can also undertake marketing and record music for other outlets within the hotel as part of the contract. For one off DJ bookings; once a contract has been issued, agreed to and signed, we usually require that clients pay 100% upfront a minimum of 1 month prior to the event. If a booking is cancelled less than 1 month prior the the event 50% of the total will be owed.
